The warehouse and the truck in the same system.
Receiving, put-away, picking, sorting, loading and driving are not six systems, but six steps in one process. We design your hall, build the WMS and run the conveyors and the trips from the same environment.

Kilometres of VanRiet conveyor, controlled in real time from Core
W.K. Heyl Jr.
Order until 17:00, delivered to German florists the same night. In a 26,600 m² warehouse, order processing, stock and the sorting line all run on Core, including the VanRiet conveyors and CaptureTech voice picking.

Inside the hall
Three parts of your warehouse that we work out per operation, each on its own page.
Warehouse management
Receiving, put-away, picking strategies and stock accuracy, down to the location in the racking.
See the WMS
Conveyors and sorters
Lanes, pushers, scanners and ZPL label printers responding directly to your order flow, including Van Riet integration.
See conveyors
Administration and invoicing
From order to invoice, connected to your accounting and payment flows, with no second administration.
See administration
We design more than the software. We design the hall
Automating a warehouse starts with the question of how your hall should work: walking routes, stations, buffer capacity, and where hardware pays off and where it does not. We test that design in simulation before anything is ordered.
Walk the floor
We spend a day in your operation and work through your goods flow, dock to dock.
Design
Layout, stations and hardware choices, simulated before a quote goes out.
Build and go live
WMS, devices and integrations go into production station by station, not in one big bang.
Keep developing
Your operation shifts with the season. The system shifts with it, on the same platform.

A simulation of a warehouse design, before anything is built
And once it leaves the hall
Logistics does not stop at the dock door. The same environment that runs your warehouse plans your trips, loads your trucks and keeps your drivers on track.
Trip planning
Trips are planned on order volume, delivery times and available vehicles. If an order changes, the planning shifts with it.
Loading in the right order
What has to come out first goes in last. Scanning at the dock keeps anything from ending up in the wrong truck.
Routes and live tracking
Routes based on driving times and delivery windows, vehicles live on the map. Customers are notified automatically when the driver is close.
Driver app
Trip list, delivery order, signature or photo on delivery, returns logged on the spot. All on the phone, live back into the system.
And the fleet itself: mileage, maintenance, inspections and utilisation per vehicle sit in the same environment. You see which vehicles earn their keep and which are due for replacement.

Conveyors and sorters
Lanes, pushers and scanners respond to your order flow in real time, including Van Riet integration.
Voice picking and scanners
Hands-free picking on the floor, like the CaptureTech installation that sits inside the same workflow at Heyl.
Label printers
ZPL printers rolling out shipping and product labels at the right station, at the right moment.
Robots and cobots
From pick-and-place at a packing table to a fully autonomous cell, driven natively from Core.
Sensors and cameras
Temperature, weight, presence and vision arrive live in your flows.
Hosting
In the Netherlands, in ISO-certified data centres, with security management built into every environment.
From practice
Three operations where goods, orders and administration come together on the same platform.
Also working in
Is your warehouse running into its limits?
We are happy to spend a day with you, from goods-in to the loading dock. After that you will know where the gains are and where hardware does not pay off.
