If you reach out to him, he'll be there, prepared to improve any situation. With several bachelor's degrees, he ensures our systems are up-to-date with the latest technologies. Overseeing customer operations and our systems, he also mentors our young tech team. He's passionate about his work, and you're likely to meet him at local events or on-site with customers.
