One system for your work orders, your stock and the machines doing the work.

In manufacturing the gain rarely sits in a new package, but in removing the handovers in between. We design that process and build the system that runs it, right down to the conveyor and the robot arm.

Where manufacturing gets stuck

Rarely in the machines. Almost always in the space between them.

Work orders entered twice

Planning lives in one system, the floor works from a printout, and the back office retypes afterwards what was actually made. Every handover is a chance to get it wrong.

Machines that never report back

A running line knows exactly what it is doing, but that knowledge stays inside the control cabinet. In your administration you only see it after the fact.

Traceability that starts on paper

Batch numbers, inspections and rejects are written down on the floor and typed in later. The moment you have to trace where something came from, it costs hours.

Stock that is never quite right

Raw materials, work in progress and finished goods sit in separate lists. What is really there only becomes clear when someone counts it.

Dispatch as an island of its own

Labels, packing slips and carriers live in a separate package, when they need to know exactly what just came off the line.

Reporting that always lags

Cost price, lead time and utilisation come out of last month’s export. That means steering on history rather than on today.

What we build for manufacturers

Not an off-the-shelf package that almost fits, but the process the way it actually runs at your site.

From machine to ledger, with nothing in between

Core has a built-in local devices manager. We connect equipment on the floor directly, with no outside integrator in the middle. What the line does shows up immediately in your orders, your stock and your administration.

  • Conveyors, sorters and weighing cells driven in real time
  • Sensors and IoT equipment feeding live measurements into your flows
  • ZPL label printers printing at the right station, at the right moment
  • Native DOBOT blocks: straight over TCP to arm, gripper and camera

Design first, then build

Automating does not start with software. It starts with the question of how your floor should work. We walk your operation, work through the goods flow and rebuild the design in our simulator. Grip points, cycle times and exceptions get tested digitally, before anything is ordered.

  • You see how the line performs up front, not after delivery
  • Changes are tested digitally first, then on the floor
  • Informed by research with TU Eindhoven among others
  • Where hardware does not pay off, we say so

What sits under the bonnet

Control

Conveyors, sorters, robot arms, sensors, weighing cells and ZPL label printers, native from Core.

Administration

Work orders, bills of materials, stock, purchasing and invoicing in the same environment as the floor.

Integrations

Accounting, item data and payment flows through existing connections, or a purpose-built integration where none exists yet.

Hosting

In the Netherlands, in ISO-certified data centres, with security management built into every environment.

Lead time

Usually 6–12 weeks to the first go-live, extended step by step from there.

Ownership

You keep building on the same platform, with your own team or with ours. No queueing at an outside vendor.

From practice

Three industrial operations where orders, stock and administration come together on the same platform.

Curious where the time leaks out of your production?

We are happy to spend a day on your floor. After that you will know exactly which handovers are costing you money.
