Your data sits in Ede, not in an anonymous cloud region
The public clusters of Core run on our own hardware, in the ISO-certified data centres of BIT. Under Dutch law, in a place we can physically point out to you.

BIT — Galileïlaan, Ede
Certified all the way down
BIT, our data centre partner, is certified across its entire service, from the data centre floor to the network.
Power
100% green energy
The data centres run entirely on power from renewable sources.
Ownership
Our own hardware
We do not rent anonymous VMs. The servers your environment runs on belong to us, and we know exactly which rack they are in.
Redundancy
Automatic migration
Should Ede become unreachable, environments migrate automatically to external data centres.
Ede, the Netherlands
DATA CENTRES
- BIT-1
- BIT-2A
- BIT-2C
Independent data centre locations in Ede, redundantly connected. Inside each one our racks are spread across several floors, each on its own network — a fault on one floor does not affect the rest. Access runs through two-factor authentication and biometrics, and everything here falls under Dutch law.
Fully European, so no CLOUD Act.
RUAL and our data centre partner are Dutch companies with no American parent. Unlike the large American cloud platforms, applications on Core therefore fall outside the scope of the US CLOUD Act. Your data stays under European and Dutch law.
Three ways to run
From stepping onto the public cluster to running fully on premise: same platform, same updates.
Public cluster
Step straight onto the public cluster
Your environment on our shared clusters in Ede. Up and running quickly, scalable, and no infrastructure to look after. This is what most organisations choose.
Most chosen
Private cluster
A private, isolated cluster
Dedicated hardware for your organisation, in the same data centre, for anyone who needs extra isolation or compliance.
More on private
On-premise
At your own site
Core also runs inside your own walls, next to your production line for instance, on the same updates as the cloud.
More on on-premise
And on your laptop. Core itself is surprisingly lightweight and runs on any machine: macOS, Windows or Linux. Developers run a complete environment locally, on a plane with no internet if it comes to that. What works on your laptop works exactly the same on the cluster.
Live status, publicly visible
The status of every public cluster is online, with uptime and incident history. Even if you are not a customer yet.
Security does not stop at the data centre door
Every Core environment has security management built in, from admin alerts to audit trails.
