The Exact Online integration: invoices and entries without retyping.

Core sends your invoices, entries and contacts straight through to Exact Online. Your accountant keeps working in their own Exact environment; nothing about your bookkeeping moves.

Invoices, entries and contacts without retyping

Invoices

The moment an order is completed, the invoice goes from Core straight into Exact Online. A manual export is no longer part of anyone's day.

Entries

The entries behind your invoices and payments carry through to the Exact ledger. Your books stay level with what happens in the operation.

Contacts and receivables

Customer data and open items stay the same in both systems. Your receivables in Exact are always current.

Your accountant stays in Exact

Your accountant keeps working in their own Exact environment, with the setup they know. We make sure the data lands there correctly and on time.

How the integration works

The integration is a set of ready-made Exact blocks in Core, the same platform your orders, stock and planning already run in. A flow picks up an event, say a completed order, and posts the invoice in Exact Online. On the platform page you can see the measurement: the step that posts an invoice in Exact Online takes 2.1 microseconds.

Nothing sits in between. Your own Exact administration stays the source for your accountant: Core delivers, Exact processes. There is no extra package to buy and nothing to reconcile on a Friday afternoon.

The questions we get most about the Exact Online integration

Three questions we hear in nearly every first conversation about bookkeeping.

Does our accountant have to move to a different package?

No. Quite the opposite: invoices, entries and contacts flow through to Exact, so your accountant keeps working in their own environment. Nothing changes about how your Exact administration is set up.

What exactly happens to an invoice?

As soon as an order is carried out, Core draws up the invoice from what actually happened. It goes to your customer and your bookkeeping at the same time: the invoice posts straight into Exact Online, with no export and no retyping.

We run Exact voor Bouw. Is that covered?

Yes. At Bartrack, a SaaS platform for inventory management in construction, materials flow on to the books through Exact voor Bouw. That connection has been in production there since 2021.
