Bij Heyl zijn we de uitdaging aangegaan om over verschillende bedrijfssegmenten heen een nieuw, volledig geïntegreerd ERP-systeem te ontwikkelen voor hun groothandelsactiviteiten in bloemen. Onze oplossing ging verder dan de standaardintegratie van Twinfield-boekhouding, ING-betalingen en facturatie. We zorgden ook voor de integratie van transportbanden en spraakgestuurde orderpickingtechnologie voor een naadloze workflow.
Onze ontwikkelde workflows verbeterden het beheer van klantgegevens, verminderden fouten bij het orderverzamelen en optimaliseerden de pickroutes, gekoppeld aan VanRiet-transportbandsystemen. Dit zorgde niet alleen voor minder fysieke belasting van orderpickers, maar garandeerde ook dat klanten altijd precies ontvingen wat ze hadden besteld.
Daarnaast hebben we een uitgebreide integratie gerealiseerd met de Floraholland Bloemenveiling en het innovatieve platform Floriday. Hierdoor werden orderprocessen geautomatiseerd en werd de werkdruk voor medewerkers verlicht. Onze workflows bieden bovendien waardevolle inzichten in inkoopstrategieën, toekomstige voorraadbehoeften en klantvoorkeuren, gebaseerd op uitgebreide gegevensanalyse.
At Heyl, we embraced the challenge of working across various business segments to develop a new, highly integrated ERP system for their flower wholesale operation. Our solution extended beyond mere Twinfield bookkeeping, ING Payments, and invoicing integrations, incorporating conveyor belts and voice picking technologies for a seamless workflow.
Our developed workflows enabled better customer data management, reduced picking errors, and optimized the picking paths linked to VanRiet conveyor systems. This efficiency not only eased the physical burden on order pickers but also ensured customers received exactly what they ordered, every time.
Additionally, we achieved a comprehensive integration with the Floraholland Flower Auction and the innovative Floriday platform, automating order processes and alleviating employee stress. Our workflows offer insights into purchasing strategies, future inventory, and customer preferences, informed by a robust history of data analytics.

For Bartrack, we developed a sophisticated system capable of tracking and managing an extensive inventory, including the precise locations and minute details of materials. Leveraging our Core Platform, the system adeptly manages over 20 million products, accurately tracking their real-time locations and integrating with immediate product counting technologies like NFC and scales.
Beyond crafting the web-based platform, we also developed and continuously update Android and iOS applications to incorporate new features and integrations as required. This system facilitates real-time communication with external platforms such as 2BA and Exact voor de Bouw, showcasing our comprehensive workflow integration capabilities.
Our solution is actively utilized by prominent companies including Martens, Arthodent, ERIKS, RUBIX, and Technische Unie, among others, enhancing their operational efficiencies on a daily basis.
RUAL developed a smart mobile app for Bartrack, giving end users effortless and always-on access to the platform.
For Hoekhuis Flowers B.V., RUAL developed a modern white-label platform to simplify the flower purchasing process. Customers can easily view current offers and purchase directly through integrations with platforms such as Floriday and VMP.
Users have access to a clear environment in which they can quickly select products, manage their purchasing needs and streamline processes with convenient import options.
Each customer has its own personalized webshop environment, including branding and customized settings. This solution allows companies to purchase directly from growers faster, more flexibly and without any logistical steps.
In addition to the purchasing system, RUAL developed a user-friendly webshop, packed with smart features that significantly speed up and simplify the ordering process for customers.
For Evisit, we developed an advanced system that seamlessly integrates event planning and coordination with key partners such as Seats. This enables the efficient organization of large-scale events at venues such as Ahoy and the ABN AMRO Open.
Our contribution includes a web-based platform and mobile apps for Android and iOS, designed for fast and secure visitor registration. Among other things, the system supports the management of public registration forms, mailings, access passes, and comprehensive dashboards with real-time reporting. From invitation to access control, everything is fully automated.
The platform has now been used by organizations such as ABN AMRO, Deloitte and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, each with high demands in terms of performance, scalability and data security.
The Evisit system has been used several times as a central management platform during the Amsterdam Dance Event.
For Holstein Flowers, one of the largest gerbera growers in the world, RUAL developed a purchasing dashboard in just eight weeks that automates manual processes and provides instant insight into inventory, prices and customer data.
Users can easily manage data such as cash inventory, keg prices and customer settings, all from one central environment. Smart features greatly simplify the copying and modification of sales moments.
Thanks to integrations with Floriday and Blits, among others, synchronization of product information and price changes is fully automatic and real-time.

For Ahold Delhaize RUAL developed a flexible solution to better connect internal systems so that processes could be streamlined. Through our low-code platform, we linked software, data and hardware in a way that is often difficult to achieve with traditional systems.
We provided integrations between existing applications, user portals and devices such as printers and scanners, so that information is more quickly and reliably available on the shop floor.
The solution was built visually through the RUAL Visual Flow Editor, allowing the internal IT team to easily manage and extend workflows, without major development processes.
