We design the hall Automating a warehouse starts with the question of how your hall should work: walking routes, stations, buffer capacity, and where hardware pays off and where it does not. We test that design in simulation before anything is ordered. 1. **Walk the floor** — We spend a day in your operation and work through your goods flow, dock to dock. 2. **Design** — Layout, stations and hardware choices, simulated before a quote goes out. 3. **Build and go live** — WMS, devices and integrations go into production station by station, not in one big bang. 4. **Keep developing** — Your operation shifts with the season. The same environment that runs your warehouse plans your trips, loads your trucks and keeps your drivers on track. - **Trip planning** — Trips are planned on order volume, delivery times and available vehicles. If an order changes, the planning shifts with it. - **Loading in the right order** — What has to come out first goes in last. Scanning at the dock keeps anything from ending up in the wrong truck. - **Routes and live tracking** — Routes based on driving times and delivery windows, vehicles live on the map. Customers are notified automatically when the driver is close. - **Driver app** — Trip list, delivery order, signature or photo on delivery, returns logged on the spot. All on the phone, live back into the system. **And the fleet itself:** mileage, maintenance, inspections and utilisation per vehicle sit in the same environment.
